College of Modern Anxiety CIC's learning programmes draw on ideas from philosophy, literature, and beyond to help clarify and deepen our understanding of the difficulties we face today, then empowers groups to create solutions.

Our people
Dr. Noah Gabriel Martin (he/him) — Director
Noah lectures at University of Winchester on topics including Phenomenology and Feminist/Decolonial philosophy of science.
He’s on a mission to learn street dance, despite lacking any sense of rhythm or the ability to tell left from right.
Agnes Otzelberger (she/her) — Trustee
Agnes is an integrative transpersonal therapist and trainer specialised in working with change-makers, creatives and helping professionals who feel overwhelmed, burned out, despairing or stuck.
Her interests are ecology, feminism and diversity, depth psychology and the emerging meeting place between neuroscience and contemplative practice.
Lauren Low (they/them) — Creative Engagement Lead
Lauren is an Applied Theatre practitioner who uses arts, drama, and reflective discussion techniques to bring communities together and explore complex topics. Their practice includes collaborative map-making, role-play, and mixed artistic mediums aimed at encouraging participants to imagine possible futures.
Charlie Saffrey (he/him) — Trustee
Charlie is a teacher, writer, performer, and founder of Stand-up Philosophy.
He likes DJing, butterflies and chocolate biscuits.
Christos Papaioannou (he/him) — Facilitator
Christos is a leadership coach, facilitator and programme consultant, who has lived and managed humanitarian/ environmental organisations in three different continents. His happy place is in bringing people together to collectively create spaces of exploration, discovery and (un)learning.
Kceniya Holmes (she/her) — Choreographer/ Strategist
Kceniya is a philosopher, dancer, artist, and community builder. She is passionate about sustainability and collective well-being and offers strategy consultancy for mission-driven organisations.
